Neat Air and Heat did a great job on replacing my nearly 20-year-old heat pump. Every step of the way they maintained good communication with me, and showed up/called when they promised to. Ben, the owner and contractor, took the time to answer all of my questions before, during and after the install. I asked for specific recommendations pertaining to equipment or the installation method and felt I got honest answers. He also remained on site all day during the install to ensure everything was done properly—which was important to me.

Easy to say these are good people. Ben replaced the a/c unit in my office and he was great to work with, as was his whole team. Very midwestern feel, very nice, and I trust Neat air 100%. System was installed and I'm cooling again. Thanks again guys!
